Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like. Live each day as it were your last. We are taught you must blame your father, your sisters, your brothers, the school, the teachers - but never blame yourself. It's never your fault. But it's always your fault, because if you wanted to change you're the one who has got to change

Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy. I know where I'm going and I know the truth, and I don't have to be what you want me to be. I'm free to be what I want. Always continue the climb. It is possible for you to do whatever you choose, if you first get to know who you are and are willing to work with a power that is greater than ourselves to do it. We are taught you must blame your father, your sisters, your brothers, the school, the teachers - but never blame yourself. It's never your fault. But it's always your fault, because if you wanted to change you're the one who has got to change.

The singer, 38, - a 13-time Grammy Award-winner - has delighted fans
with the first single from her forthcoming album LG7 which is due in February 2025

Convulsing she then awakens and opens her eyes to

She then jumps off the car before engaging in a savage fight with another
    version of herself.

The next scene then cuts to her chained up in the dark wearing white underwear and covered in scars as she stands on top of yet another version of herself.

She then wraps her legs around the other Lady Gaga to try and strangle her as
    the tension intensifies.

The scary leather clad character from earlier is then seen vomiting black liquid next to another Lady Gaga who is lying on the crown.

She is then seen trying to escape the chaos as she gets trapped between two closing walls that eventually crush her to death.

It comes as Lady Gaga, 38, revealed she was 'overwhelmed' by her Little Monsters' reaction to her latest tune
    Disease.

The pop superstar said she feels 'insane joy' about
her fandom's response to her electro-pop
banger - and teased that there is 'a LOT more to come'.

Lady Gaga channeled her character Harley Quinn as she attended The Joker:
Folie à Deux UK photocall at the Corinthia Hotel in London on Thursday morning.

The actress, 38, was joined at the event by co-star Joaquin Phoenix
as the pair posed for photos on a rooftop with the picturesque city
    backdrop behind.

The Bad Romance singer looked incredible as she slipped into a
black and white patterned minidress which boasted a white lace collate and three quarter sleeves.

She opted for a pair of sheer white knee high socks and added inches to her frame in a pair of towering black platform heels.

The star, who braved the British rain, wore her dyed red tresses in a short cropped style and opted for a bold red lipstick.

She seemed in good spirits as she flashed a smile while posing up a storm wearing a pair
    of black sunglasses.

Lady Gaga takes a starring role as Harley in the psychological thriller, in which Joaquin reprises his role as the titular Joker - Batman's soon-to-be nemesis.

For the photocall, Joaquin cut a casual figure in a
black zip hoodie which he teamed with matching tracksuit bottoms and Converse trainers.

The stars were later joined by director Todd Phillips as the trio beamed
    for snaps together.

Gaga's fashion parade for the film has been a resounding success at least after her last big film House
of Gucci released in 2021 was savaged by critics.

    The much-anticipated Folie à Deux is a follow-up
to 2019's Academy Award-winning Joker, which earned more than $1 billion at the global box office and
remains the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time.

Set for release on October 4, the second instalment finds Arthur
Fleck institutionalised at Arkham awaiting trial for his crimes as Joker.

'While struggling with his dual identity, Arthur not only stumbles upon true love, but also finds the music
that's always been inside him,' a press release shared.

It comes after Lady Gaga teased a new rock n' roll track, The Joker,
in an Instagram video on Wednesday.

At the beginning of the teaser, Lady Gaga - whose real name is Stefani
Joanne Angelina Germanotta - wore a short, red wig as well as a blue and white-patterned dress.

She completed the look by slipping into a pair of polka
dot tights as well as black and white-colored,
    Converse sneakers.

The singer stood near the edge of a balcony outside as she gazed at the Louvre which was lit up
    at night.

As she began to walk away, Lady Gaga sang, 'There's always a joker in the pack, there's always a lonely clown.'

The teaser then cut to the songstress dancing inside
the dimly lit museum as she began to make her way down concrete
steps - similar to Joaquin Phoenix's stair dance scene in Joker (2019).

She walked down a long, dark hallway while surrounded by
various paintings as the star continued to belt out lyrics
    in the background.

'The poor laughing fool falls on his back
and everyone laughs when he's down/ There's always a funny man in the game, but he's only funny by mistake.'

The A Star Is Born actress then strolled into another empty room inside the Louvre
and a small smile broke out onto her face upon seeing a certain piece of artwork.

'And everyone laughs at him just the same. They don't see his lonely heartbreak,'
    she continued to sing.

Lady Gaga tilted her head to the side and slowly walked up
to Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa painting.

The star flashed a bigger grin and waved - but her smile faded as she looked
into the eyes of the Mona Lisa.

She then took out red lipstick and drew Joker's smile
over protective glass in front of the painting to give the
    Mona Lisa a similar grin.

'They don't care as long as there is a jester, just a fool.
As foolish as he can be. There's always a joker,
that's the rule! But fate deals the hand that I see.

The joker is me,' the lyrics in the teaser also included.

Lady Gaga began to walk away and looked over shoulder to take one last look at the artwork, and revealed Harley Quinn makeup on her face.

She tossed her arms up into the air as she danced her way out of the abandoned Louvre Museum as the reel came to an end.

In conclusion, text on the screen revealed that an exhibition at the Louvre called Figures of the
Fool will begin next month on October 16.

According to the official website, the museum is 'dedicating an unprecedented exhibition to the myriad figures of the fool, which permeated the pictorial landscape of the 13th to the 16th centuries.'

In the caption of the post, the performer wrote to her followers, 'There's always a Joker.
    #FiguresDuFou #Louvre #JokerMovie.'
