Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like. Live each day as it were your last. We are taught you must blame your father, your sisters, your brothers, the school, the teachers - but never blame yourself. It's never your fault. But it's always your fault, because if you wanted to change you're the one who has got to change

Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy. I know where I'm going and I know the truth, and I don't have to be what you want me to be. I'm free to be what I want. Always continue the climb. It is possible for you to do whatever you choose, if you first get to know who you are and are willing to work with a power that is greater than ourselves to do it. We are taught you must blame your father, your sisters, your brothers, the school, the teachers - but never blame yourself. It's never your fault. But it's always your fault, because if you wanted to change you're the one who has got to change.

In reaction to commenters' problems, we have
revised § 106.45(b)(7)(ii)(A) to take away reference to identification of
sections of the recipient's code of carry out alleged to have
been violated, and changed that language with a prerequisite to recognize the allegations
possibly constituting sexual harassment as defined in § 106.30.
Similarly, as discussed in the "Written Notice of Allegations" subsection of the
"Section 106.45 Recipient's Response to Formal Complaints" portion of this preamble, we have revised § 106.45(b)(2) to
get rid of needless references to the recipient's "code of conduct"
that could have mistakenly implied that alleged conduct underneath investigation in a § 106.45 grievance method is carry out that
violates the recipient's code of perform with out also constituting sexual harassment as outlined in § 106.30.
With these revisions, we do not believe that the remaining rules,
like 106.45(b)(7)(ii), unduly or impermissibly reference a recipient's
code of conduct. However, necessitating the receiver to "match up" how
the conduct that allegedly constituted Title IX sexual
harassment also violates the recipient's code of perform
serves to notify the parties of any procedures the recipient applies in its own code
of conduct that, while not necessary by the § 106.45 grievance
process, are permissible workouts of a recipient's discretion with regard to a Title IX grievance procedure.
